Is there an appropriate diet for the Colonix program?
Although no particular diet is needed for this program to work, eating healthy foods is always a great idea. A diet containing plenty of organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds complements this program very well. It is best to avoid or minimize red meats, cured meats, refined foods, canned foods, sugar, salt, saturated fats, coffee, alcohol, food additives, colorings and preservatives, as well as nicotine while cleansing.
I don’t like the taste of most fiber supplements. What’s the best way to take the Colonix fiber so that it tastes good?
Most people are surprised to find that they enjoy the taste of the Colonix fiber. However, if you wish to experiment, here are some options:
1) Make a smoothie using fresh or frozen fruit

2) Mix with 100% fruit juice

3) Mix using rice, almond, soy or other natural milk alternatives (flavored or plain)

It is hard to please everyone, so it may take a few tries to make the fiber enjoyable for you, however this is the goal. You need to like drinking your fiber!
How long before I see results?
Every person is different, and will experience different results. Some people will see results in 24 hours, some in 3-4 days, while others 1-2 weeks. Most people start reporting increased energy after a week or two. Now, if you are interesting in seeing visible results, pay close attention to what ends up in your toilet. It can be downright fascinating!
How long should I be on the Colonix program – one, two, or three months?
If this is the first time you're doing the Colonix program, it is recommended that you allow yourself two months, with three months being optimal. Remember, it took decades to accumulate all the toxins in your body, so it is impossible to get rid of everything in a few days or even a couple of weeks. Two to three months is a good average for most people. If you repeat the programs every year, then one month is suggested sufficient after the initial period.
Am I going to have to ‘camp out’ in the restroom?
Will it produce those dreaded attacks of diarrhea?
Unlike other cleansing programs, the Colonix system is gentle enough not to be an inconvenience. While it is possible to have stronger-than-usual urges to evacuate the bowels, most people experience the urge, use the restroom, and then go on with their day as normal, but with markedly better results!
Is the Colonix program safe to use if I take prescription medications?
It is said that the Colonix program generally does not interfere with medications or other nutritional supplements. If you are taking medications, it is recommended that you take them at least 2 hours before or after the fiber drink. If you are taking medications and/or have a serious medical condition, it is always a good idea to consult with your physician before starting a detoxification program |
