There are over 70 trillion cells in your body with 1% being rebuilt DAILY. You want to rebuild your cells with the best nutrients available. When you use poor cell building materials (junk food, empty calories, nutritionally deplete food, etc) you will have created inferior building models that you could be stuck with for as long as 7 years! When you eat healthy and introduce good nutrients, only the cells built that day will benefit. You can’t go back and rebuild the cells you created last week.
